Send us your Notice of Appeal form.  You must send your Notice of Appeal form within 7 business days of receiving your ministry reconsideration decision.  If not, you will lose your right of appeal.

What the Employment and Assistance Appeal Tribunal does<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The mission of the Employment and Assistance Appeal Tribunal is to provide an independent and accessible appeal process that delivers timely and fair decisions reviewing Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction determinations in regard to income and disability assistance and Ministry of Education and Child Care determinations in regard to child care subsidies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
