To make this request you need to fill out the <a href=\"https:\/\/dev.eaat.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/Appeal-Adjournment-Request.August-2021-v2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Appeal Adjournment Request (PDF)<\/a> form and send it to the Tribunal. The Tribunal will then forward the form to the Ministry and Tribunal Chair for their consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If it is less than one business day before your scheduled hearing, you must go to the hearing. You can ask for the adjournment at the hearing.
